Ryan James Kemp is a systems futurist, regenerative strategist, and leadership facilitator working at the intersection of systems transformation, relational intelligence, and organizational design.

Over the past fifteen years, he has worked across more than sixty-five countries with leaders, organizations, investors, and Indigenous knowledge holders exploring how perception, culture, and worldview shape the systems humanity creates.

His work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity, recognize inherited patterns, and redesign organizations and decision-making systems with greater coherence, resilience, and long-term awareness.

Ryan is the founder of (re)Biz, the world’s first systems-thinking un-school, and the creator of Relational Architecture (RA), an applied approach for redesigning systems through perception, relationship, and organizational coherence.

Through initiatives including Sixth Sun Immersions, DIVA, and Indigenous-led biocultural partnerships, he works with leaders and organizations seeking to move beyond surface-level transformation toward deeper forms of systemic and relational change.

His work draws from systems thinking, ecology, somatics, Indigenous relational frameworks, depth psychology, and real-world leadership and governance work across cultures and sectors.
