Ryan (Ra) James Kemp is a systems futurist, regenerative strategist, and leadership facilitator working at the intersection of systems thinking, western science, Indigenous knowledge, and organizational transformation.

Over the past 15 years, he has worked with leaders, organizations, and cultural knowledge keepers across more than 60 countries, helping bridge modern institutions with deeper ecological and relational intelligence. Through initiatives such as (re)Biz, Sixth Sun Immersions, DIVA and various Indigenous bio-cultural stewardship partnerships, Ryan supports leaders in expanding their worldview, un-learning legacy patterning and redesigning organizations toward regenerative, Earth-aligned futures.

His work integrates Western systems science, cultural wisdom traditions, and organizational design to help leaders navigate complexity and steward long- term continuity.
