Spiritpreneurship is a five-week learning (and un-learning) journey into creating from the Spirit. We start by working from the Pō, unseen, the energetic, the quantum, where our coherence with the field precedes form. This learning journey is about business frequency, not about business strategy. This journey is alignment focused rather than output focused. Why? Because Purpose is not something that you find, it is a pattern, and you’re here to put your energy into an offering that is a living extension of Earth’s intelligence; moving through you to benefit you, your family, other people and life herself.
This learning journey is rooted in Earth-fulness and living systems consciousness, quantum science, cutting-edge systems thinking, and kinship-worldview ways of knowing. It is an invitation for you to remember the future. Through metaphor, transformative leadership practices, ancestral connection and regenerative praxis, you’ll begin to feel, think and act how we are life in service to and with life. This space is to reconnect with the deep gifts we all have as our responsibility, reimagine work as sacred, to shift from creating to revealing, and to let your ambitions serve not just yourself, but all life. This journey is not about becoming more than what you already are, it is about becoming deeper in relation.

What is Spiritpreneurship?
Spiritpreneurship is a living Process-framework for relational Commerce. It is a place where business can be reimagined as a vessel for planetary coherence, not just profit. Rooted in Ryan’s proprietary Quantum Systems Revelation* (QSR) and evolutionary depth education principles, this learning journey gestures towards a shift from fragmented doing to relational being. Our keystone in this course is worldview (as a verb). The repatterning of our perception, aligning our ‘inner’ development with Earth’s Bodily intelligence, and regenerating the field from which all action and creation flows. We draw from the vernacular of purpose, presence, humility, and connection as a practice of alignment, where businesses cultivate belonging, reciprocity, and the flourishing of life herself.
What you’ll receive in the learning journey.

✺ Weekly Calls
Each week for 5 weeks, we will gather for a live learning session, talk-story style, that weaves spiritual insight, systems thinking, and regenerative practice. These calls are spacious containers for teaching, reflection, and perceptive attunement.

✺ Course Content & Resources
You’ll receive rich, multi-modal materials including readings, videos, visual frameworks, and journal prompts. Each resource is there to weave the intersectional perspectives from Indigenous wisdom, quantum theory, biomimicry, and beyond.

✺ Community Breakout Groups
This path is communal. You’ll be paired with small, rotating pods in our live calls for intimate connection, reflection, and co-weaving. These groups allow for relational integration and accountability support, giving you a space to be seen, held, and inspired as you evolve.

✺ Two-Eyed Seeing Exploration
You’ll be guided through a way of perceiving that draws from the Mi’kmaq principle of Etuaptmumk, or “Two-Eyed Seeing”—the ability to hold multiple worldviews simultaneously.

After the course, you’ll be welcomed into the wider (re)Biz community—a growing constellation of 590+ practitioners, visionaries, and builders from more than 65 countries. This network is a living ecosystem of support, collaboration, and continued inspiration, offering you a space to stay connected, share your journey, and root your offering within a global field of like-hearted allies.

✺ Councilship Pathways + Advanced Labs
For those wanting to go deeper, you’ll be eligible for future councilship cohorts, one-on-one guidance, or advanced learning labs focused on regenerative business design, narrative frameworks, and relational systems building.
When?
April 29 - May 27 {2026}
The Spiritpreneurship learning journey will proceed from April 29 until May 27, 2026. The live calls are 1.5 hours long and will be weekly for 5 weeks. The calls are at 5pm HST / 8pm PST every Wednesday for 5 weeks.
What’s inside the course?
Week 1 - Opening the Umeke
A making of relations, a return to presence, purpose, and possibility. Introductions, intention setting, orientation for the next four weeks, questions.
Week 2 - Reattuning our Compass
Grief as a gateway to the power of the Heart, ancestry as a guide to time-space continuity.
Week 3 - Worldview as Relational Map
Unlearning the dominant worldview and reawaken a kinship worldview.
Week 4 - Healing Self as System, Naturally
Language, Biomimicry + Natural Law, Systems Mirrors.
Week 5 - Designing Evolutionary and Redemptive Business
Regeneration, Post-Growth, Allyship, Spirit-centric systems design.
