Ryan is an Irish & Ashkenazi depth educator, traveling speaker + poet and international immersive experience facilitator that works with regenerative systems evolution and organizational cultural design from the lens of kinship worldviews. He is devoted to healing self and system through evolutionary approaches that integrate Earth-consciousness-centered perception and life-ways of relational intelligence into an amnesiac and anesthetized modernity. He draws upon a rich tapestry of cross-cultural wisdom, linguistics, grief-work with an eloquence that he has developed over 14 years of learning, living, and forming deep connections with Original Peoples’ mentors and spiritual traditions across sixty countries.

As the founder of (re)Biz & Project Tipping Point, (re)purpose law, and steward of Sixth Sun Immersions as well as the Cultural Integration Advisor for 5D Ventures and Earth Elders, he has guided and led over 500 global leaders and organizations toward spiritually rooted, purpose-driven, contextually relevant evolution, helping to inoculate different ways of knowing and being that shape a resilient, interconnected world that is future ready and will enable the future our great-grandchildren will be proud of us for. He currently resides in Mexico.
